Crows feet? No more

When you laugh a lot, you might end up with crows feet because well… that’s what skin does. It creases and there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it. After all, you won’t keep a “resting bitch face” for your entire life, right?

Well, the best thing to do if you already have this problem isn’t to go running for a botox, but rather to find something that you can incorporate in your skin care routine that can help you both get rid of them and prevent others. I will talk to you about 3 ingredients that helped me with this problem, as well as a bonus activity that makes a lot of difference.

Vitamin C

This is a simple ingredient that helps with both wrinkles and discoloration. You can find it in various products (drugstore or high end) or by itself in pharmacies. You can pick the finished product if you’re looking for the easier way (just make sure it is in an airtight container, since vitamin C tends to lose its proprieties in contact with air) or you can get pure vitamin C and mix drops of it with your normal eye cream.

Retinol

Is a very active ingredient that has the fastest results when it comes to wrinkles – especially crows feet. This one is a bit more expensive and can be found as a treatment or as a booster that can be mixed with other creams/serums. The rule of airtight and opaque containers also applies here. I personally used Paula’s Choice Treatment and it worked wonders even after the first use, so I’m not letting it go.

Hyaluronic Acid

This one is a humectant that help the water stay inside your skin. It has anti-aging proprieties and it helps a lot if you tend to have more of a dry/dehydrated skin. Use it around your eye area after an water based cream and you will have visible results instantly.

If, in addition to these ingredients you also add a bit of face massage, you cannot not succeed. If you don’t know what kind of massage to do, just look for Lisa Eldridge’s face massage. There’s 20 minutes there that open a youth well when it comes to wrinkles and especially crows feet.
Oh, and last, but not least, use SPF and sun glasses during the day. You have no idea how much of a difference this makes.
